    Hi Jacques,

    Sorry for the late reply.

Regarding this issue, please try to use a cache plugin to increase the page speed. You can try to use WP Super Cache plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/

    Thank you

    Hello,

Unfortunately your suggestion of using the pluggin wp-super-cache did’nt help at solving the loading speed of the protfolio block wrapper. When you click on Menu Gallery on our website http://www.onlywood.ch, it takes to long for the images to appear on the screen when using a normal PC screen with Chrome or Edge. With Firefox this issue is even worse, loading time is . . . . . . !

When screen is small, like tablett or smartphone, loading time is OK, very much faster.

Please check this issue on our website http://ww1.onlywood.ch/structure/galerie/?lang=en and if possible show us a way out of this situation.

    Kind regards
    Jacques

    Hi Jacques,

It seems you will need to optimize the gallery images to reduce the image size. Because it will take more time to download and show a large amount of image size.

    Thank you

    Hello,

When using a smartphone, a tablet or when the navigator size is like a tablet or smartphne (responsive), the source of the images is always the same size as when we use a nomral PC screen. Why is it that the images load very fast when screen is small and is very slow when screen is large. The image size does’nt change.

What is, according to your experience, an ideal image size so that the images can be seen clearly even on large screens ?

Thanks again for a reply with this issue.
    Kind regards
    Jacques

    Hi Jacques,

Regarding this issue, please try to disable all plugins except required that related to jkreativ. Maybe there’s a plugin conflict in there.

    Thank you
