To assign your widget, go to WordPress Admin Panel»Appearance»Widgets
If you need to show widget on sidebar (right content), you can drag any widget you want to Primary Sidebar.
on Footer, you can have 2 (two) or 3 (three) widget. if you choose to use only 2 (two) widget, you will only need to fill Footer Widget 1 & Footer Widget 2
