    Hi,

The website I made for my friend, http://clementblouin.com/
is really not compatible on Safari, and a lot of his visitors are complaining about it.

Would you please try to do something for this? According the data from State Counter, there are at least 14% of user is surfing internet with Safari browser. It’s too big to be ignored. http://gs.statcounter.com/#all-browser-ww-monthly-200812-201512

Please try to discuss and fix this issue, this issues has been discovered since 2011, I am sure there are some ways to make the RAF (request animation frame) works on safari. Or, can we at “”least disable parallax animation on Safari””??? I just want a good user experience for my client.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for reply. I remember last time you have mentioned that it’s because Safari doesn’t support requestAnimationFrame. However, I found it not true. Only the Safari 5.1 doesn’t support rAF, however it’s already Safari 9, and the problem shouldn’t exist nowadays.

Here’s diagram about how each browsers compatible with rAF,

I have asked several developers if they can fix this issue, some of them can do it in one week, but with fairly high cost. Please solve this issue sooner (hopefully in 1 or 2 weeks) and also keep me updated. Otherwise I am afraid I will have to apply for refund and compensate, since what you claimed on themeforest isn’t totally honest, and I have wasted 2 months working on this theme.

    Thank you and best regards,
