I’m a pretty old guy but I’m not stupid and I have a lot of experience designing websites. I find working without very complete documentation on any program very confusing. Your documentation just barely covers the issues and, because English is obviously not your first language, the text is often ambiguous or confusing and the many grammatical mistakes are distracting. If you could possibly come up with a demonstration of your excellent them in a series of videos like Lynda.com does, with voice-overs, you’d probably sell a lot more themes. As it is, I’ve reached my very short fuse of frustration many times in the past two days trying to make this theme work. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t buy this theme as trying to figure out how it works is a huge waste of time and shows a lack of respect for your customers. You’ve done a great job in creating a theme but you just have to do better in customer support.
