    Hi,

Great theme, however, I’m having an issue where the weather shortcode is still showing the Geolocation rather than the entered location even though the geolocation is set to false.

    Thanks,

    DS

    This is our shortcodes…

    [jeg_weather location=”Filey, United Kingdom” auto_location=”false” count=”6″ item=”show”]

    [jeg_weather location=”Scarborough” auto_location=”false” count=”6″ item=”show”]

    [jeg_weather location=”Bridlington” auto_location=”false” count=”6″ item=”show”]

    [jeg_weather location=”Whitby, UK” auto_location=”false” count=”6″ item=”show”]

    Hi DS,

Thanks for your compliment. Did you mean the weather shortcode doesn’t show the entered location? Just want to make sure.

Previously I’ve been replicating the shortcode that you attached on above and seems just works fine on my side. Here’s the image that you can check https://www.dropbox.com/s/3uoqk2xokicq1z4/Screenshot%202018-03-28%2010.11.24.png?dl=0

    Thank you

    Hi,

Yes, it should be showing on the set locations specified however when browsing to the page, it shows only our IP locations weather.

    See image above.

    Thanks,

    Hi David,

Regarding this issue, can you please provide me the URL of the page that related to your image above? I will need to check it directly on my side.

    Thank you

    Hi dgsmedley,

Please try to remove the quotation marks on the auto_location value. For example, please try to use this shortcode [jeg_weather location='Whitby, UK' auto_location=false count='6' item='show'] or [jeg_weather location='Whitby, UK' auto_location=0 count='6' item='show']. 0 mean false and 1 mean true.

If you still getting the problem, I might need to do further investigation on your website and in this case, I will need to FTP access to your server.

    Thank you

    Ah brilliant, [jeg_weather location=’Whitby, UK’ auto_location=0 count=’6′ item=’show’] worked!

    Thanks
