Problem with Visual Composer

    Hi,

    Is great Theme, but Visual Composer sometimes appears with only codes without visual editor, what should I do?

    Hi Jaime Sierra,

    May i know what the current version of WordPress that you use in there? Actually there is an issue with Visual Composer that causing those issue. Currently we can’t integrate our theme with the new version of VC plugin because we still waiting fixing those issue for the VC plugin itself. Don’t worry about that, we will released new version of Jkreativ and VC plugin as soon after this issue resolved.

    Hi Adek,

    The version of WordPress that I use is 4.4.2, and version of Visual Composer is 4.11.

    I wait new version with solution of this issue.

    We’ve been released new version of Jkreativ themes (v2.3.7) and several required plugin as well. Please check it out.

    Hi Jaime,

    You can take a look at our documentation right here http://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/themes-plugins-update/ about updating theme and plugin. Also it would be better if you make a backup file before it.

    Let us know if you still getting problem in there.

    I update Theme with Envato Plugin, but Visual Composer appears with only codes without visual editor, what should I do?
