Problem with Featured image
Post count: 40sleejay80April 7, 2018 at 6:10 pm #30268
I have problems setting the featured image.
I have correctly set the: 1.featured image and 2.FB share image.
However this is what I get on Facebook (the default featured image)
Tried re-scraping but no good,
For twitter it’s worse, an error.
But somehow is OK on Slack.
How can I, or you, fix this?
This is the site/post by the way:

Can you please send me the System Status of your website? You can find it on the JNews > System Status. Also, please try to disable all plugins except required plugins that related to JNews.
Thank youPost count: 40sleejay80April 10, 2018 at 10:21 am #30336Post count: 10729AdekApril 11, 2018 at 10:24 am #30363
I see you’re using JNews Meta Header and Yoast SEO plugin in there. Please try to use only one of them to avoid duplicate meta tag information on your website that may be causing this issue.

Notice, Yoast is there, BUT the og:image is the main featured image, and NOT THE ONE SET FOR FB via settings.
main featured image: (and the one that shows up in og:image)
In order for FB to fetch the right image, I believe this og:image has to be the one I set it for(8.png)?
What I’m trying to say is – even if I do disable Yoast, same thing – featured image for FB will not be the one I set.
BECUASE JNES IS NOT SETTING THE CORRECT OG:IMAGE?
BTW Twitter card validator shows the right image – 10.png – probably twitter:image is correct (10.png)
What do you think? Thanks!Post count: 10729AdekApril 13, 2018 at 10:19 am #30429
I’ve disabled the JNews Meta Header and keep Yoast SEO activated. You can check the setup that i made on the Yoast SEO meta box on that post. I should work fine now. Thanks, we will try disabling Jnews Meta Header and use Yoast.
Like/Dislike buttons do not work.
Do you know why and how can I fix it?Post count: 10729AdekApril 16, 2018 at 10:02 am #30512
Can you provide me an example of the problem that you get in there? Because it just works fine on my side. Here’s the image result https://www.dropbox.com/s/hwxdn6p7zhp8gyc/Screenshot%202018-04-16%2010.01.14.png?dl=0, https://blog.amadeuscode.com/post-liked/
