Costumizer not working with Jetpack activated

I just bought JNews and started wanted to start to edit the theme. I am not sure if it is a correct finding, but while Jetpack was activated I couldn’t use the customizer option at all. It didn’t want to load all the options. I found it this out when I deactivated the plugins piece by piece. While activated, I cannot edit settings of Jetpack and see my Stats.

About the Enable / Disable Customizer option, when Jetpack is activated I can click what I want, but it doesn’t react at all.
When Jetpack is deactivated, I can use it. It clicks and shows what is shown in the link you gave me.
Please let me know which plugin is disturbing JNews + Jetpack (as the dashboard is empty, but I can still see the Site Stats).

Thanks for your detail information. At the moment, please try to disable all plugins and just leave JNews Essential and Jetpack plugin. After that, please try again to access Customizer Panel and see if the problem still occurs or not.
Also, we just release a new update for JNews and i notice there’s a new update for Jetpack plugin as well. Kindly you can update your theme to the latest version of JNews.

Hooray, the updates were the solution. So far I can see, all that didn’t work, are now working.
To explain: “At the moment, please try to disable all plugins and just leave JNews Essential and Jetpack plugin. After that, please try again to access Customizer Panel and see if the problem still occurs or not.” -> I did that, that is why I asked your help. Normally I do this to check what plugin is making troubles. If I really can’t find it out, I ask help. I know you are all very busy with helping others.
