Yes you are correct, my ISP must have done something when they moved it for me so that is fixed, sorry to bother you on that.

But when using Firefox 35.0.1 I notice the slider screens are jerky and are not smooth like when you use Internet Explorer this looks like a browser issue but not sure, what browser did you use?
