I have tried to solve the problem disabling all plugins one by one but anyway the problem persists.
The version of the theme Jkreativ that we use is 2.1.1. and the Jkreativ plugin version 1.1.1.
I saw that you have updated your theme recently to different new versions. Could this be the problem?
Can we download the new version of this theme from the theme forest account with the same license that we have purchased? To upload the new version of your theme, simply we need to download the new version from our themeforest account and upload this files again in our WordPress?
