You can try using WP Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/. But please note, by resetting your website using that plugin, your website will become like fresh install which is mean, all of your website content will be lost and don’t use it on multisite WordPress because it can affect the whole site. I will recommend you always make a backup before doing the reset.

For point number 2 and 3, it will depend on which post block module that you referring to that image. Can you please, provide me the page URL of that page as well? just want to make sure.

I’m not quite sure yet about this thing since i never test it before or having this experience yet. But as far i know, Facebook will keep or save the post URL of the post and identify the comment based on the post URL (like their post share counter). So, i think as long the post URL doesn’t change, i think it will work fine.

1. About Autoload Scroll Post, you can disable it by deactivating that plugin.
2. Please make sure if you have installed and activate JNews Instagram. You can find the option on the Customize > JNews : Social, Like & View > Instagram Feed Setting. For more detail you can visit our documentation page here http://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/footer-instagram/

Basically, we’re using VC editor for creating the page and not for the post yet. But you can still create a post with VC editor but it might generate some problem for certain condition like your problem above. We will take a look at this thing for a further theme update.

Yes sure, we recommend you to use 3000 or more. This might be causing a problem such as when importing demo which needs more resource and higher PHP time limit so the process can be run properly or if you have a large number of category or post tags on your website it will be better if you can increase it for the best result. Feel free to contact us if you found any problem on your website that related to our themes.

We’re still working on theme update but we’re not sure about the date release. Hopefully, we can release it in next month or more asap. Please be patient for a while 😀

You can try to use Footer 6 Style to achieve that. At the moment, for showing Instagram Feed on the footer, it only available in the Footer 5 and Footer 6 style and don’t forget to install JNews Instagram plugin. Please check our documentation here http://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/footer-instagram/ for complete information about it.

You can try to use JNews Carousel 3 element. Let me know if you have further question.

I’m not quite sure what you mean on above, but I think you’re referring to Autoload Post feature. Please try to disable JNews – Auto Load Post plugin on your website.

Regarding your requirement on above, it’s possible and it will need to do some changes in there because we don’t have that kind of feature on our theme. At the moment, the related post will be filtered by current post category or current post tag. Also. for your requirement on above, do you mean to show last posts from every category on your website or the category that related to the current post?

Sorry for late reply and glad to hear if you have been able to solve the problem above. Let us know if you need something else in there.
