WPBakery Visual Composer

WPBakery Visual Composer is a Required Install Plugin.
However, each time I try to install, i get the following message…
Destination folder already exists.
Plugin install failed.
And so, my plugin status shows me that it isn’t installed.

I’m not quite sure on this thing. Do you have installed Visual Composer plugin before? If so, please try to remove those plugin at first and then you can install Visual Composer plugin that come with our themes.

Not sure what actually happen on your site and it’s weird for me. It seems you will need to remove and upload Visual Composer plugin manually via ftp on this thing and then you can try to activate those plugin from wp admin panel.

You can ask into your server or host administrator to get ftp login. Actually you don’t need to buy those plugin. We have been include the plugin file on theme package. In this case you just need to upload the plugin file via ftp and then activate them.
