    Hi Adek,

When I click the “GET DIRECTION” button in contact page chrome gives a warning saying “Unable to get direction 1”.

I could assume this error might happen on my side because of some unknown settings in my browser or computer but I get the same error on your demo page.

    Hi cihat74,

Yeah you’re right. In this case getCurrentPosition() and watchPosition() (google javascript functionality) no longer work on insecure origins (HTTP). To use this feature, you should consider switching your application to a secure origin, such as HTTPS. See https://goo.gl/rStTGz for more details.

Let us know if you have further question.

    Thank you

    Hi cihat74,

    Sorry for late reply.

Did you mean switch into https? In this case there’s several reason about it.

Also, we could make this feature work to open google maps and get your location but without the current position of your visitor. They will need to define their own location. We still considering this thing for website that using http port.

Let us know if you have further question.

    Thank you

How can i make it work using http port, with the visitor defining their own position?

    Hi darkslayert,

I’m not quite sure what you mean with “the visitor defining their own position” as you mention on above? Just want to make sure on this thing.

FYI, about get direction, we use getCurrentPosition() and watchPosition() which is google javascript functionality. In this case getCurrentPosition() and watchPosition() will no longer work on insecure origins (HTTP). To use this feature, you should consider switching your application to a secure origin, such as HTTPS. See https://goo.gl/rStTGz for more details.

    Thank you
