Trying to create a new page

I’m trying to create a new page. I start to build it but after a couple of modules the preview seems to stop working. If I publish the page and view that, it shows me a different page entirely.
You’ll have to be logged in to view the preview but the current URL is http://www.skintdressagedaddy.com/graphics/.
For some reason, the page title is “Graphics archive” and none of the modules on the page actually exist in the page builder.Post count: 2684RaiJune 12, 2018 at 10:57 am #33128
For the category page, you can change the module from the Appearance > Customize > JNews : Category Template > change the Global Category or on specific category only.

Actually, I’m afraid I still don’t understand…!
I’ve just made a second page and having similar problems. Sometimes the content appears and other tines it doesn’t. Currently it’s showing in the editor but not on the live page, but as soon as I filter the posts in the module I’ve positioned, the content disappears again. In all cases I’m just using the default template so not sure why I’d need to make settings elsewhere. Can’t I just build a page with the modules?Post count: 10729AdekJune 13, 2018 at 10:49 am #33177
I’m not quite sure with your problem in there. Please make sure if you have been using Landing Page template on your page. If you still getting the problem in there, it seems i will need to do further investigation on your website.

I’ve created two new pages. Both are essentially the same, so set to Landing Page and with the same layout; a Default Masonry Grid with a post filter and a Widgetised Sidebar.
The pages are here:
One of the pages now displays both the grid and the sidebar, although mainly with the settings chosen in the Customising > Category Template options rather than on the page itself. It also shows a page header and has ‘Archive’ in the page title.
The second page is identical apart from the name and post filter, but doesn’t show any contents at all, just the sidebar. Though it doesn’t have the ‘archive’ name in the title or the page header.
How do I edit these? And why are they responding differently?

Regarding this issue, it seems I will need to login to your website for further investigation. Also, for this page http://www.skintdressagedaddy.com/graphics/ it’s become an archive page, not a standard page. It’s why that page has “Archive” in the page title. Did you use an additional plugin that related to post category? Also, please try to disable all plugins except required plugin that related to JNews just for a while and checks if the problem still persists or not.

Well, I’ve got a little further but not solved everything….
The page not displaying the contents at all seems to be a clash with the Super Socializer plugin. But I don’t know why or why it only affects the one page when both are otherwise identical.
Similarly, the Yoast plugin seems to changing the second page to an “Archive” but again, I haven’t touched any of the settings on either page for Yoast so don’t understand why.
Even with both plugins disabled though, the two pages are still displaying differently. One has a title header and they both show the main content module with different layouts and different build animations. One is very slow too and takes a few seconds. I can’t really affect either by changing the module settings on the page.
Happy to set you up with a login if you want to look…Post count: 10729AdekJune 18, 2018 at 11:03 am #33296
Yes sure, i may need to do further investigation on your website regarding this issue because this is not a common issue for me. You can send it here and don’t forget to check Set as private reply option below.

I’ve been checked your website previously and i think the problem only on this page http://www.skintdressagedaddy.com/graphics/. I assume, the problem occurs because that page has a similar slug with the Graphics post category. So that page becomes an archive page instead of a standard page.
In this case, please try to rename the slug on this page http://www.skintdressagedaddy.com/graphics/. You can check this image https://www.dropbox.com/s/ad7jrjfvfzgwaeg/Screenshot%202018-06-20%2011.19.45.png?dl=0. Anyway, may i know your permalink structure setting?
