Theme Conflict with Ultimate Member Plugin

I am unable to update any Ultimate Member plugin profiles or profile pictures with the Jkreativ theme enabled. When I switched to the 2014 theme, I was able to update the profile and change the pictures without any problem. The developers of the Ultimate Member plugin asked that I contact you since I am paying for the Jkreativ theme.

The FREE Ultimate Member plugin works perfectly with the default 2014 WordPress theme (and two other themes that I have tested it with). The plugin DOES NOT WORK with the Jkreativ theme that I have PAID you for. The conflict is because of the Jkreativ theme, so why would you not provide support for your theme since there is a conflict?
The support you would be providing is for the JKREATIV theme, not the Ultimate Member plugin since that plugin works just fine with other themes.
I truly hope you reconsider offering support to correct this conflict!

Actually there is no problem with our theme or with the Ultimate Member plugin. But they just can’t works fine together and need to make several change in there.
As i said on above this is not our support scope and we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugin that not include on required plugin for Jkreativ.

I’m not quite sure on this thing but it seems our theme is not compatible with those plugin. Unfortunately we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugin that not related with Jkreativ. Please visit our Support Policy right here http://support.jegtheme.com/support-policy/
