FB thumbnail display of my post is not my wordpress featured image…

For example, I am this article：
http://www.tvet3.info/lecordonbleu-nkuht-8/

its wordpress featured image is
http://www.tvet3.info/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/%E8%9E%A2%E5%B9%95%E5%BF%AB%E7%85%A7-2016-06-30-%E4%B8%8A%E5%8D%8810.21.18.png

but in fb,it show
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tvet3.info%2Flecordonbleu-nkuht-8%2F

There is another problem ,it is not work when I press VIEW MORE on homepage.view more is not work.

hi tvet3media, you will need to use plugin that work that way. you can use yoast plugin that will give you option what image to shown when people share your page.
