    Hi Guys,

    Fantastic theme!

One question, I am using Jkreativ – Landing Page I – have have created 5 or 6 page sections.

I want to have each section as a menu item on the left of the page so that when you click it scroll automatically to that section.

I see you have a small navigation on the page but I went each section as a menu item in the main menu.

    How do I do this?

    Many thanks,

    John

    Hi,

There is “Enable Landing Navigation” option above Section Builder. Make sure you have enable that option if you wish to active Landing Navigation. You also have option Landing Navigation Type which is Default (square with progress style) or Circle.

And make sure you set Section Name for each Section from section builder, leave it blank if you do not show navigation for related section.

    Thank you

    Rai,

I didn’t notice it could do circles, I like that.

But I think what kinger86 was talking about, and myself, is a text menu with the Sections Names. The landing navigation is nice, and I am definitely keeping it, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a menu.

That way we would have a menu at the top for navigating between pages and another menu for navigating within the page. Some people do not notice that landing navigation can be used that way – a menu is more obvious.

    Thanks!
    Brad

    Hi Brad,

I’m sorry for my misunderstanding, to have menu like that you need to create new menu on Appearance > Menus then add Links with hashtag link. Hashtag link must be refer to your Section ID, for example your Section ID is: ‘services’ so your hashtag link is #services or if it has space: “Our Services” it will be our-services

    Please let me know!

    Thank you

    Hi Rai,

Thanks for this, it has worked on 3 out of the 7 menu items I have. I have added the hashtag to all the menu item titles in the menu sections but not all are redirecting to that specific section on the page once clicked.

Could you have a look at this for me – need to launch soon.

As you can see the following menu items link – Mt Kenya, Real Estate and Discover Kenya, the other menu items are not linking even though I added the hashtag

Thanks for this it worked perfect.

    1. One more question regarding the menu. I created a gallery page and the link to this is on the main menu. When I go to the page and try to click another menu item to go back to the main page with the various sections it will not let me go back a shows for example this url if I want to go to ”golf” http://afsavannah.wpengine.com/gallery/#golf-

    The domain is http://afsavannah.wpengine.com/

    2. When I hit the gallery page the menu icon is all the way to the left and the menu items are aligned to the far right. Where can I adjust this spacing?

Could you check this out for me, need to launch asap, thanks!

    hi kinger,

    1. you should insert full url instead of only hash url. let say on your front page you insert #golf-, you actually will need to insert http://afsavannah.wpengine.com/#golf-, not only #golf-

    2. you can use bellow code and put it on additional css on jkreativ dashboard :

    Thank you

    Thanks this worked well.

Sorry to be a pest but now on the menu the items are showing with a line underneath them like they are hovered over or selected. How can I get rid of this ?

    Hi John,

It seems all links in the ‘current page’ state because almost link is linked to current page. To fix that you please use add this additional css :

    Thank you
