Mobile menu not working

First off- Thank you for creating a very versatile theme.
I have searched the links and cannot get a solution to work.. the mobile menu appears to be inactive. I have a menu assigned to it in word press. I have my page setup as a one-page site.

Anyway please try to keep enable the required plugins only that come with these theme. Also my i know what the current version of Jkreativ that you use on your site?

I have followed your recommendations and disables the other plugins. But this still has not resolved the problems.
I also cannot get the background audio to function .
I have version 2.2.9

Please try to use the latest version of Jkreativ 2.3.0 and required plugin as well. We’ve been include the newer version of required plugin on theme package (compatible version of plugin).

Sorry if I’m intruding but this topic interests me.
1) Also to me does not work the background audio on mobile devices. Why ? On normal pc works perfectly!
2) In Home page also do not see the icon menu (top left). In other pages, yes.

It seems you will need to reinstall the theme and required plugin. Maybe there are some conflict between our theme and your additional plugin. Please still only using required plugins that come with JKreativ for a while.
