Hi, I did a couple of tests of my site and it takes a lot of time to open the home page. I’ve been asking some SEO Specialists for help and they pointed out some interesting things. The site is less than 2MB, but it takes 9,2 seconds to load. JavaScript was the reason according to all tools we used, and I want someone from your team to get in touch and inspect this. We can’t keep our users wait nearly 10 seconds for the page to open.

I found the plugin, but when I hit to ENABLE “Concat, Minify and Defer”, the mobile menu stops working.
I really need your help with this as I don’t want to change the theme again.

Is there another way to reach your customer service as this forum setup is not working out. I can’t share personal logins or files, and it seems that other buyers are interrupting the conversation with their own things.

Anyway. I followed your guide: http://support.jegtheme.com/2017/11/increase-google-page-speed-for-jnews/
I found the Speed plugin, but when I hit to ENABLE “Concat, Minify and Defer”, the mobile menu stops working.

Can we somehow exclude the mobile menu from this app?

Ok, I think I finally found the issue for this problem.
I switched to a plugin called Speed Booster, and it gived me a better understanding of where the problem is located. The mobile menu seems working now BUT, when I activate this feature: “Move all inlined CSS into the footer” – then the site becomes laggy. Can you help me with this pls? It looks like the mobile menu opens up for a second and then disappears, on both Desktop and mobile Devices.

    Hi db22de,

If you mean “Move all inlined CSS into the footer” option on the Speed Booster plugin, i’m not quite sure yet because i’m not really familiar with that plugin. It would be better if you can ask this thing into the plugin author because at the moment we don’t provide full support for 3rd party plugin. Also, what do you mean by blocking this file “xxx/jquery.js”. Do you use JNews Speed plugin when blocking that file?

    Thank you
