Jplugin Update Problem
Post count: 33campusplusMay 13, 2016 at 2:48 am #20253
I recently updated the Jmagz theme to V1.3. I was prompted to update the Jplugin.
But when I deleted the Jplugin, my whole site was gone and I couldn’t access my WP Admin dashboard.
Is there another way I can update the plugin maybe through FTP?

hi campusplus, you can find file inside jmagz themes folder > plugin > jplugin.zip (extract this file)
and go to your server plugin folder, and extract those file inside this folder.

I just downloaded the theme files from Themeforest and extracted the Jplugin using FTP. But I still see the notification asking me to update the Jplugin in my WordPress dashboard.
And currently, my logo is not appearing. You can see my website at http://www.campusplus.com.my/.
Please advise what’s the problem with my logo.
