    Hi

I have installed the theme, including plugins. However, when I click update it says updated but then it’s not updated when I returned to the installed plugins. It seems that the theme is newer that the plugin and I’m assuming that is what is going on. It’s still annoying that I can’t update it. Please help!

Ok, so I have re-installed the theme/ files. I don’t get the update required message however, says I am running ‘Version 1.1.0’.

I have also noticed that the drop down menu located in the navigation menu for the avatar does not appear when clicking on it. Any reason why that could be?

    Thanks

After going through this thread most of us are unable to resolve this plugin update issue, even after replaced with the new version of files. In the Job List page Ajax search is not working and and categories are not being displayed properly. Please suggest a quick fix for this.

hi uberflywil & ileadsol, try this step.

    1. change your themes to other themes. for example twenty fifteen.
    2. after that, delete your jobplanet themes from your admin panel.
    3. disable & delete jobplanet-plugin & jplugin from plugin page.
    4. then upload & activate themes again. you will notified to install the plugin.

hopefully you can resolve your issues after that.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I’ve just purchased the theme and currently have the same issue with the JPlugin update issue.
It won’t activate the plugin as it says it needs updating. When you click update, it reloads the page but does nothing.
I have followed the advice above, de activated plugins and theme.
    Deleted them and re installed.
Still getting the same error message.

Can you please advise where I can download the zip file for version 1.1.1. for JPlugin?

    Thanks

please download new themes on themeforest. and follow above step. it will fix your issues.

    Thank you
