JobPlanet Settings not Responsive

    I’m trying to change the logo in Jobplanet>Settings and none of the buttons are responding. I cannot click any of the sidebar menu (General Setting, Account Setting, etc) or any of the ‘upload file’ buttons.

    Please assist?

    hi FinAdd, its on backend or frontend?
    if its on backend, yes our backend is not responsive yet.

    It’s on the backend within the wpadmin.

    It should work though, you have a tutorial on how to change the logo here: http://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/general-setting/

    That section doesn’t work for me. I cannot change any of the settings.

    hi FinAdd, yes we are not providing responsive feature on backend yet.
    may i know what error showing when you change the logo?

    I’m not receiving an error – I just cannot change it at all. The buttons to change it are not clickable, I can’t delete the text to change the file directory, I can’t get into the section to implement the google maps API key, etc. None of that section of the theme is working and it’s really frustrating 🙁

    hi finAdd, it may issues with internet connection. sometime we also have this kind of issues. can you try to use another internet connection, or browser. it may work on other connection & browser setup.
