I bought the template JNews, it is installed correctly, but when you import a demo, it is not installed. What can I do to activate it?

Hi martaventuraespejo,

Regarding your issue, please check your server configuration on WP Dashboard > JNews > System Status. Please set PHP Memory Limit, WP Memory Limit, PHP Time Limit to the recommended setting and try to reimport the demo. Let us know if you have further question

I did all that you told me but it isn´t work 🙁
We can´t installed it, so I can´t use anything.
