Instagram widget is not being able to connect to my instagram account

the Instagram widget on the sidebar is not being able to connect to my instagram account. It’s posting a message saying: “No images found! try another username or hashtag”. Even when I try different hashtag it is not posting any images.

Could you provide the site URL and we may also need backend access for further investigation. Please send the login credentials as private reply.

Perhaps there is error message? Could you check the error log of your server? It is quite hard for us to investigate from front-end.
Please also double check the instagram widget options, see ours for example:

hey thanks for the reply, but I think there’s something wrong with the widget itself. I’ve checked the plugin web-page and a lot of users are having the same problem. And nobody is answering them.
I’ve installed another widget that worked perfectly it is called “instagram feed”.
Hope this was helpful.

We don’t have this issue on our side, perhaps there is conflict with other 3rd party plugins? Thank you for letting us know, we’ll check it further.

Try to switch Image Source from instagram to WP Media Library. It may because instagram limit their API access.

you’re welcome 🙂Post count: 2Post count: 2179RaiFebruary 24, 2016 at 6:18 am #18743
Could you provide the widget settings? perhaps there is something missing there. Please also try clear your browser cache.
On our side, the issue that we commonly encountered is the Instagram API limit, it sometimes banned or block our IP or something, if we use VPN/proxy it working fine.

This doesn’t solve the problem at all. It’ll only check for images in the WP Media Library now and NOT Instagram as it is supposed to do. Do you have any other sustainable solution to this matter?Post count: 2179RaiMay 10, 2016 at 1:31 am #20174
Could you elaborate your issue? Please also provide site URL and your widget settings for investigation.
