I can't upload my background to my Slider revolution

    Hi,

    There is a serious problem with my slider revolution. I can’t upload my background onto each slide.
    1. I have already tried to disable all the unrelated plugins, and it doesn’t work.
    2. I have also contacted the support of Slider Revolution, but they ask me to contact the support of my theme.

    Hi,

    Last week I when I found out this issue I reported was 5.1.1 (I think it’s the version come with this theme). And I thought probably it’s because I didn’t update it to the latest, therefore I went to bought their latest version.

    But still, the issue exist. On the other hand, the other Slider revolution works on another website is just fine ( and also the latest version).

    So, please try to fix this issue (I already tried to disable all the plugins, doesn’t work).

    Hi Lynn,

    Please try to use Revolution Slider plugin that come with our themes (v.5.0.4.1), we’ve been include plugin file on themes package.

    I also replicate it on my local server and it’s just work fine on my side. You can check the attached image url below :

    Hi,

    Please reply me soon as you can. I keep my client pending just because I can’t update any of his photos as slide show background. And the situation will went bad if we can’t solve this sooner.

    Thank you for this attempt, it doesn’t work unfortunately.

    Hi Dek Ery,

    Sorry about previous reply. The problem still remain. Yes, we can see the button “change image” now, but if you try to press the button, you will find out there is no reaction. Even worse, if I try to switch to youtube or vimeo, the button couldn’t follow.

    Please try to solve this issue, I hope will receive some positive reply soon.
