Hello, we need to have 2 fixed buttons on the top of our site and these 2 buttons should look smooth on mobile, tablet and computer screens. There is no button in the mobile option of the header field. But I could not do it properly. Could you help me with this if you have access to the administration panel information? With the layout I set up, the buttons disappear on the iPad screen. I could not fix it. I’ve added it with Visual composer but it just looks in the home. All pages must have 2 fixed buttons. Thank you very much, I wish you success.Post count: 9465AdekJuly 5, 2018 at 11:02 am #33822

Regarding this thing, you need to do some changes in there to make it appears on all pages and make it sticky. For a hint, you can put your button on this file
/jnews/header.php. Let me know if you need a help with this thing.

If I inform you of the login details of our site, can you do this? I could not make it. also it does not look right on all screens. It does not appear on the iPad screen, or it appears to be incorrect on some screens.Post count: 9465AdekJuly 6, 2018 at 6:00 pm #33854
About the design or how it looks on multiple mobile devices, it will depend on the design. I will try to help you to achieve that. In this case, i will need login access and FTP access to the theme file. You can send it here and don’t forget to check Set as private reply option below.

I’ve been making small changes on the header file (header.php). You can check it out. Also, i recommend you to use JNews child theme to avoid losing the custom changes when doing theme update.
