    Hello!

The images on my slider are still grainy. I have cropped the images to the correct size. I’m not sure why the quality is so low.

Also, I still can’t seem to change the feature image slider to 1500×1000. How would I go about doing that? In the past I have tried editing the functions.php file and regenerating the thumbnails but it always distorts the image.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Can you provide screenshot of which image grainy that you mentioned?
Slider image width max is 1080px, it fit to container size doesn’t matter if you change to wider image size.
If you want to wider image for the slider it would require custom change.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I’m not quite sure about the grainy picture, perhaps you can make sure the image quality before uploading. This theme has no functionality to edit/retouch image, so I can sure you it is not theme related issue.

    Thank you

I was able to change the dimension of the feature slider box to 1500×1000. I changed the dimensions in both the style.css as well as the functions.php. That also fixed the grainy images in the slider.

    Hi,

actually that just make the slider taller, the width still at 1080px. But, glad to hear that fix your grainy issue. Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you
