    Hi!

After so many tries, i decided to come here and ask for help.
I tried to use HTML5, uploaded and so on… Nothing works, the video simply didn’t show up any mobile (Android or IOS). I’m afraid to be a bug and be forced to create this video on Revolution Slider (made on After Effects).

    website: http://www.mmarcenaria.com.br
    YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62Gq9NlGkWE

    Thanks!

    Hi rbaralti,

Actually on mobile device the video will not show up by default and the fallback image background will appear instead.

    Thank you

    Hi Dek,

Thanks for the help, I’ve uploaded an image as Fallback image. One last question, there’s a way to make this video work on mob devices?

    Thanks!

    Hi rbaralti,

Unfortunately, at the moment there is no option to achieve that. We will take a look on this thing.

    Thank you

When will video be available on mobile? My site is pretty much useless if the video’s won’t play on mobile. It’s the whole experience.

    Sure,

    Here: http://bitdisruptive.com/education/

Also can you direct me to the instructions on how to eliminate the “Shop” and “My Account” menu sections on the mobile menu?

    Thanks,
    Ash

    Hi Ash,

As i said on above, actually on mobile device the video will not show up by default and the fallback image background will appear instead. We will take a look on this thing for future update.

If you’re not using shop on your site, you just need to disable WooCommerce plugin. But if you use shop on your site you will need to add this code below on Jkreativ Dashboard > Additional Style :

    Thank you
