That page will generate automatically from the theme. It’s virtual page. You can visit this URL like this

I see that I have to be logged in to see the content. 😉
How to direct the user to enter the article. If he arrives on a page when he is not registered, he will show him other content and does not redirect him to the login form.

You are very kind. Thanks for the help. How do I redirect the client when registering to submit an article?
Now on https://mydomain.com/account/my-post/ is different content than if you are registered. How can a customer see the possibility of submitting an article?
in the top banner I would give a button with a link to / account / my-post / and if the user is not registered it should be redirected to the registration after a successful login to / account / my-post / to add the articel.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we don’t have that kind of feature. You may need to do some changes in there to make it works. For hint, you need to change this file
wp-content/jnews/class/AccountPage.phpthen find is_account_page function.
