i followed all the process step by step, after installation of theme and plugins. i tried to import demo followed process and it is showing imported but not able to see demo on my website (when i refresh page it is asking again to import).

Can you help me to provide your site URL? So i can check it directly on my side. Also, may i know which demo that you import before? And please try to disable all plugins except required plugin for JNews. Maybe there’s a plugin conflict issue in there.
At the moment, we don’t have an XML file for importing. If you tell me which demo that you want to import, i will try to provide you the XML file.

In this case, may I know if you’ve been following the instruction on this page (http://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/import-content-style/) about importing dummy content?
Also, I notice you’re using the outdated version of JNews. Kindly you can update to v2.1.1

I’ve been trying to check your website previously but your website doesn’t load properly on my side. They just keep loading without showing your website (https://www.dropbox.com/s/oyqc4qtr2rz1s8x/Screenshot%202018-06-01%2015.50.28.png?dl=0) and sometimes it redirects me to WordPress install page (https://www.dropbox.com/s/d37zpl952gorbth/Screenshot%202018-06-01%2015.51.20.png?dl=0).
I’m not quite sure what happened in there, but can you please take a look at this thing?

After checking the System Status, I noticed that your server might need adjustment in order to work with the Importer. Please take action on these server configurations below:12PHP Time Limit 60max_execution_time should be bigger than 3000, otherwise import process may not finished as expectedPHP Max Input Vars 1000max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise you may not able to save setting on option panel
You could ask your server administrator to help you with the server configuration.

Thank you for updating the server configuration. It checked it seems like your server is unable to save the data, I even cannot upload a single image from Media Library. Probably your server is out of space or there is something wrong with the file permission. Please ensure your server has enough free space and file permission so it will be able to upload images and download data with the importer.
