Customize menu no show

    Hello,
    I try to enter to customize the theme and the page is blank, i have only the title.
    I tried to desactivate all extensuion, except WP bakery and Jnews essential, but no way…
    I also try to use it in firefox, but no.

    Mac OS X Sierra
    I have last version of WP 4.9 and last update Jnews 1.1.3

    Can you help me, i’m blocked…

    This is very curious, but i try again, with only Jnews essential, and it works, now

    Hi mbensadoun,

    Can you try to enable WP_DEBUG on your site? to see if there’s an error message occurs. Also, it would be better if you can provide us your System Status report, so i can replicate your environment on my side. You can find your system status report on the JNews > System Status.

    I have enable WP-DEBUG, but i have no log report.

    Now the personalisation menu is not available, and even if i desable all extensions, except Jnews essential !
    So i’m really blocked
    I’m not an expert in coding, so can you tell me how i can generate a System Status Report ?

    Hi mbensadoun,

    Thanks for your detail information. Please try to increase your WP Memory Limit at least 128MB or 256MB. Just Adding define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M'); in your wp-config.php file would increase your PHP Memory Limit to 128 MB.

    Don’t need to worry, if you’re not quite sure how to do that, we can do that for you.

    Hi mbensadoun,

    I just visit your site previously and try to check (test) but i get 500 Internal Server Error in there. Kindly you can check it out and you may need to contact your server administrator regarding this thing.

    hi mbensadoun, im sorry for issue that our team causing.
    im very understand your concern.

    this kind of issue is not very common. Most of time the issue is related to server issue.
    that is why our team try to fix from what our previous customer said working. for example by adding max execution time.

    you can see other people not having issue accessing customizer.
    but unfortunately our quick fix not working.
    yes we should ask FTP access instead so we can turn it back your .htaccess.

    if you still having issue with the themes, we going to need FTP access because we need to trouble shoot the issue.

    on previous case, we can fix issue people having by editing page. and the issue is only on Godady server. its turn that the issue is on visual composer plugin (page builder). that is why we create another branch of page builder plugin. sometime integration with other plugin may also causing the issue. that is why we going to need access to your server to understand every issue. This access including with FTP access. because every server having different setting.
