    Hi,

My Mega Main Menu only have the General option I can’t customize, I need look like the same do you have on your demo website and add my own backgrounds. The post area don’t have any shortcode available and only have the option for add content on text no visual. I can’t customize any thing on the “customize panel” I need to override all on the edit page backend and the iFrame disappear.

    Thanks in advance,
    Veronica

    Hi vdaponte,

Have you tried to disable other plugins (except our required plugins)?

    Regards,
    Rai

You can re-enabled the required plugins via: Appearance > Install Plugins, select all and select Bulk Actions > Active, then Apply.

    Thanks in advance,

    Dear Veronica,

Well, if you open that menu it supposed to show you only the required plugins (if plugins not enabled yet) 😀
