Post count: 1dogificationApril 26, 2015 at 10:27 pm #11205
I just purchased and installed this theme today and cannot import the dummy data so that I can learn this theme. I get a 404 error.
Can I import it manually? Please advise. Thanks.Post count: 7850AdekApril 27, 2015 at 8:00 pm #11228
Before that please try to visit our documentation about importing dummy content right here http://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/import-dummy-data/ and http://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/demo-content-failed-to-import/
Also, if you’ve been successfully to import dummy content but you can’t access the dummy page. Please try to change your permalink structure into
Let me know if you still getting problem in there.

Hi Dek Ery,
I have follow all of your instruction, but I have no other clue, my website is stop after 7 minutes and there is no other notification.
My Page just contains:
2. Sample Page
3. My Account
So I think the import process is failure.
Is there any recommendation?
I have and idea, what about if you give an include dummy file and menu for localhost importer for the next update, it’s easier for us as the user of your themes.Post count: 2516JegbagusSeptember 22, 2015 at 1:53 am #14583
hi hilfans, i guess that you are using your local server right?
if that so, we also have the same problem. it may because local server limit maximum time of execution right into the server it self. we try to search solution but until now we not yet having solution of this issues.
and i pretty sure if this issues is server related problem.

Previously, i mean if you have another problems in there you can contact us. Actually it’s not quite important to import our demo content. We provide Import Dummy Content option on our theme in order to make our customer can familiar how works with our theme and replicate most of our demo. Most of this problems occur because there is a problem with server configuration.
