    I had one license for this theme, and a team member just purchased a second not realizing we already had it. We have not downloaded the second copy and would like to request a refund. What do we need to do?

    I’m not really sure what you mean on this thing. What kind of team member that you mean on this thing? It’s a plugin? It would be better if you can tell us more detail so we can easily to help you out.
