500 Error when activating plugins

    Just installed the latest version of Jkreativ on a fresh WP site running v 4.7.3. When I activate the any of the following plugins, the site stops responding and I get an HTTP 500 error:

    Jkreativ Plugin
    WPBakery Visual Composer
    Contact Form 7
    Revolution Slider
    WooCommerce

    All other plugins install and activate fine. Anyone else having this issue? Ideas on how to solve? Thanks!

    Hi. Help is needed. The situation is as follows:

    I made a website on a local server. 76 pages.

    There are only a few errors. They are related to your portfolio. Each portfolio page creates 310 redirects. But, this is a trifle in comparison with what in my case creates a problem – the activation of the plug-in WooCommerce is more vocal!

    So. There are 76 pages.

    I turn on the plugin WooCommerce. It generates duplicate pages with code 404. The total is 156 pages. 76 (404 errors) + 4 pages of the store (shopping cart, account, ..)

    A new address is added to each correct page – / edit-address /

    For example, manepages.ua – manepages.ua/edite-address/ (404)

    Because of this 404 error, the canonical function is turned on, which is also not correct!

    What is the problem? how to avoid? If you turn off the plugin … everything is fine!

    I drew attention to this. Maybe there are nuances?

    Hi hermbil,

    I’ve check your site previously and now it’s should works fine in there. There is exhausted memory size issue before, so i add define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' ); on wp-config.php line 82. Kindly you can check it out.

    @hermbil,

    You don’t need to worry about it. It’s just notice for you if you’ve use the deprecated function on your site, you must change it with the new one to avoid some problem occurs in there. I’ve been remove those notice.

    Hi Adek/

    You previously requested that I give you access to the admin panel so that you can correct the some developer’s mistakes.

    I understand that there is no way to automatically update the theme in the admin panel? I have never done this before and understand that if I do something uncorrectly, all the corrections in the template that I did earlier can be deleted. I already simply do not remember which files I made changes.

    Could you help me in this matter so that everything remains in place and worked correctly after the update? What do you need from me for this?

    Help me please.

    Hi VladimirBob,

    I’m not quite sure on this thing, because you’ve been make several change on theme file. In this case it would be better if you use child theme and put your changes in there. It seems you will need to make backup for old themes before update.

    We will help you as long as we can based on our support scope. Can you please send me the latest version of Jkreativ file? you can download the theme package directly on Themeforest.
