Hi studio387ba,

In this case you need to use Loco Translate plugin to translate that words because at the moment we don’t add them into our frontend translation plugin yet.

Also, may i know what folder location that you choose in there? I’ve been tested it before on my local server with using Custom folder location option and it’s work fine.

Anyway, we also already have documentation about it here http://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/frontend-translation/ then jump into Backend Translation section.
