Hi @haiayu,

Please confirm do you able to add new plugin from menu Plugins > Add New and install a plugin (just for testing).

Unfortunately, JNews do not have HTML version. I think we can’t process refund because of that, you could read here for detail about refund policy: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy
