Hi darwinitaly,

You can translate it by translating the language files located at jmagz-themes/lang/ en_US.mo & en_US.po. So, for Italian the translated file should named be it_IT.mo & it_IT.po.

For relative time string, such as “ago” it translated automatically when you select language on WordPress Setting > General > Site Language

Anyway, I checked your website and it seems you use other theme?
